1. Acceptance: By accessing Premier Data Solutions LLC services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Permissible Purpose: All data provided is for permissible purposes under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) limited to real estate investment analysis, property valuation, and B2B evaluation only. Client must execute a Permissible Purpose Agreement prior to data delivery. We do not provide consumer reports or credit reports.

3. Prohibited Uses: Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of data without written consent is prohibited. Data may not be used for telemarketing, spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose. Compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable laws is required.

4. Data Accuracy: Data is sourced from public records and commercial sources. While we strive for 99.8% accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness. Client is responsible for independent verification.

5. Payment: All sales are final. Pricing is per-record or subscription based. No refunds after delivery. Bulk discounts available.

6. Compliance: Client agrees to comply with FCRA, GLBA, and all state privacy laws. Client agrees to maintain reasonable security measures.
